Humble Abode.us is a Corporate Housing Company built for the 21st Century property owner, manager, and landlord.
We do things slightly differently than the traditional model. Instead of finding our customers and corporate clients first, we first find properties that will up-level our portfolio, with great locations, accessibility, and amenities. Once identified, we sign long term leases with the property (multi-year if possible). We then invest heavily in interior design, furnishing, and cleaning to make a ready made home. Once the home is ready for occupancy, we then offer the property to large businesses, traveling healthcare workers, and other corporate clients that need to house employees and other traveling workers.
As property owners and managers ourselves, we understand the time and investment it takes to attract and retain quality tenants. Our unique model requires that we keep your property in premium condition at all times; because if we don’t, we will not attract quality business professionals and families.
